2019 C08 The City of Holdfast Bay is seeking a holistic approach to creating high quality customer service, and is seeking a suitable registrant to provide the following project deliverables:
* A unique and corporate wide Customer Service Strategy
* An organization Customer Service Charter
* Detailed analysis of current internal and external customer groups, their expectations and feedback on current service delivery
* An organization wide set of KPI’s and measurement principles
* A corporate wide ‘way of doing business’ which is wholly customer focused
* Delivery of internal training for all staff
* Development of metrics
