Tender Description
19016 Maranoa Regional Council is inviting interested parties to submit tenders for the purchase and removal of scrap poly pipe that is located at the Roma Waste Management Facility.
It is anticipated that the successful Tenderer will be permitted to purchase and remove all scrap poly pipe that is collected over a period of two (2) years, at the Tendered rate(s).
Please Note that the items and quantities listed in the Request for Tender are ESTIMATES ONLY. Council reserves the right to award the purchase and removal of scrap poly pipe to any single or multiple Tenderers, in its absolute discretion (i.e. the available quantities of scrap poly pipe may be sold to multiple Tenderers).
Following the Tender award, the successful Tenderer(s) will be required to remove and transport all material within 14 Days. The Contractor shall give Council at least seven (7) days’ notice of intention to collect the material, to enable arrangements to be made for supervision and access to the site.
