Tender Description
The City of Albany is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to replace the existing swimming enclosure at Ellen Cove, Middleton Beach and provide inspection services and maintenance for a period of five (5) years with options for extend for two (2) further one (1) year periods.
The intent of the swimming enclosure is to prevent the entry of large marine species to the specified enclosed area.
The City of Albany is pursuing submissions from tenderers for this scope of work with the payment structure based on a flat monthly rate for the contract period of five (5) years.
