Ballarat Health Services (BHS) Residential Aged Care Facilites are seeking an experienced and suitably qualified provider to deliver a comprehensive physiotherapy service and chronic pain management program (CPMP), across the serivce.

The program will deliver a service that will satisfy the requirements of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) guidelines.

This program will inovlve a comprehensive suite of pysiotherapy services, therapeutic massage and / or pain management involving technical equipment specifically designed for pain management. The treatment will be delivered as specifrived by ACFI guideline requirements.

While the service delivered is based on the requirements of ACFI it should not discount residents who would benefit from a physiotherapy service and a chronic pain management program from receiving the same service or a modified verion of it.
