Proposed Sale of Industrial Allotments

⁠⁠⁠In accordance with Sections 189 and 223 of the Local Government Act 1989, Indigo Shire Council gives notice that it is proposing to sell industrial allotment 6 (PS635249) located on Kiewa - Bonegilla Road, Tangambalanga. The Lot measures 1,525m2 and is proposed to be sold for an amount of $61,000 (plus GST). The subject allotment is shown coloured below, and forms part of the industrial precinct in the Tangambalanga township.

Any person may make a written submission on this proposal.

Any person making a submission may request to be heard in person or be represented by a person specified in their submission. This must be identified as part of their submission. Submissions will be heard at a time and place to be determined.

Submissions must be in writing, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Indigo Shire Council, PO Box 28, Beechworth 3747 or by email at info@indigoshire.vic.gov.au and must be received at the Council Office by 5pm on Monday 4 March, 2019.
