Expressions of Interest – Disposal of Items

⁠⁠⁠The Old Day Care Centre at 12 Elverd Street is earmarked for demolition to make way for a new unit development. Prior to demolition, there are a number of items that residents may be interested in purchasing. All items are offered on an “as is” basis and will be required to be removed by the successful bidder between 26th February and 8th March 2019. An “open afternoon” will be held on Thursday 14th February from 2:30pm until 4:00pm for interested parties to inspect items.

Offers are to be in writing and marked in an envelope “Confidential – Expressions of Interest – Disposal of Items” and either delivered to the Shire Administration Office (93-95 Albany Highway Kojonup) or mailed to PO Box 163 Kojonup WA 6395. Expressions of Interest close 10:00am Tuesday 26th February 2019.
