Request for Tender Design Consultancy for New Library at Fairfield.
Fairfield City Council is seeking tenders from organisation(s) that have appropriate certifications, qualifications, capacity, experience and a high standard of capability who can deliver the best value for money in preparing concept designs, documentation for Development Application including the coordination of specific sub consultants for a new library at 1-3 Hamilton Road, Fairfield.
BRIEFING SESSION:: A briefing session will be held on Date Tuesday 12 February 2019
Time 10:00am
Venue 1-3 Hamilton Road, Fairfield
Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend this briefing session which will cover response preparation, lodgement and an overview of the requirements.
Tenderers are required to register their attendance - via email at procurement@fairfieldcity.nsw.gov.au, The tenderer will provide the following information:
Company name,
Names of representative and position, and
Contact details mobile email etc.
A site inspection will follow the briefing session on the day.
Tender close at 2.30 pm AEST on Wednesday 27 February 2019 and submissions must be received in full prior to this time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
