Tender Description
The Tenderer is invited to submit a tender for the engineering support of the Stage 6 Landfill Cell construction works, at Shoal Bay Waste Management Facility.
The Works under Contract (WUC), includes the following:
The scope of services for this contract is to provide the following:
Superintendent's representative including contract administration
GITA for all earthworks requiring Level 2 supervision
CQA Inspector (for GCL and drainage geocomposite installation only)
Laboratory geotechnical analysis of samples recovered by the GITA or others
General engineering support
Construction verification auditing
Any review and approvals necessary by the Northern Territory EPA for all of the above works
EPA review and signoff of the above works. (this component may occur outside of the identified time frames)
A detailed methodology should be supplied as part of tenderer's submissions to enable Council to best assess responses. Tenderer's must demonstrate their understanding of Northern Territory regulations as relevant to this scope of work.
