Civil and Stormwater - New Palmerston Secondary Special Education School (PSSES)

⁠⁠⁠Supply all supervision, labour, materials, plant & equipment to execute and complete the Civil and Stormwater Package in accordance with the contract, specification and drawings and in accordance with the builder’s construction program.

PACKAGE SPECIFIC

The Subcontractor has allowed and is responsible for the full Civil and Stormwater scope as per the drawings and specifications. Supply and install items included but not limited to:

• Site Establishment and access;

• Mobilisation, demobilisation;

• Site survey for set out works, dilapidation survey, temporary roads;

• Co-locate with the Contractor during site establishment works and utilise the Contractor’s crib and ablution facilities throughout construction of the main works;

• Perimeter fencing excluded (by the Contractor);

• Water for earthworks;

• Traffic management as required, limited to the extent required to undertake the Subcontractor’s Activities with the exclusion of Traffic Control personnel and traffic lights;

• Consumables;

• Demolition and disposal of demolished materials removed off site;

• Mobile lifting and access equipment for the elements applicable to the civil works package only;

• Supervision and management;

• Site labour;

• Environmental management required to the extent of the civil works package including creation of an Environmental Management Plan;

• Erosion and sediment control including maintenance during construction;

• Dust suppression and control during construction to the extent of the Civil works package;

• Street sweeping associated with activities of the Civil works package;

• Existing Services Location and Protection;

• Soft rock and hard rock excavation;

• Termination and diversions of services excluded (by the Contractor);

• Soil testing, including Asbestos, PFAS, etc. and removal of contaminated soils;

• Tree removal including set up and maintenance of tree protection zones (TPZ's) for trees to be retained within the construction zones;

• Surveying and setout. Data for Controls and Plant GPS will be provided by DCOH;

• Site clearing;

• Removal and disposal of topsoil;

• Bulk earthworks including

• Trimming of the bulk earth levels to the appropriate reduced level to allow all landscape and concrete trades to commence without any further excavation or trimming including for all footpaths;

• Geotechnical inspection and testing authority;

• Stormwater works as detailed on the drawings;

• Kerbing and concrete inverts including reinstatement to adjoining road surface;

• Earthworks to footpaths and covered walkways;

• Line marking and signage;

• Carpark fixtures and fittings;

• Concrete works in relation to civil scope

• Reinstatements associated with Civil Works

• As Built Drawings

• Provide separate pricing for Trunk Sewer, Trunk Water and Fire
