Tender Description
The specialist will be responsible for working with a delivery team on a daily basis to assist in the development of new HELP Tuition Limit Entitlement Management system which is part of the Integrated Tertiary Systems Platform (ITSP).
Specialist will work within an application development team.
The specialist will contribute to the building of the new HELP Tuition Limit Entitlement Management system within the Integrated Tertiary Systems Platform (ITSP), with the technology and processes to support a full agile software development lifecycle with the capability to:
a. Collect student /client re-payment data from ATO to determine the renewable combined HELP loan balance;
b. Enable students to view their combined HELP loan entitlements balance and consumption statement;
c. Enable students to view their study statement;
d. Enable providers to view Student’s combined HELP loan entitlements balance.
e. Develop Web API to provide student statement information.
