Tender Description
The community hall is 110 years old and consists of a:
* ~20m x 8m auditorium;
* ~17m x 5m lean-to bullnose; and
* ~13m x 5m front awing.
The scope of works for this RFP includes:
* the removal of existing roofing (auditorium, lean-to and front awning), including bullnose skillion;
* the removal of damaged battens and sarking;
* the installation of new:
* battens (as required);
* sarking;
* roof sheeting; and
* associated flashings, capping’s and guttering including gutters.
* hire of applicable equipment including but not limited to scaffolding and safety rails; and

* Qualified and experienced labourers.
The Contractor is responsible for all relevant clean-up and disposal of waste.
