Lease of Cato Square Northern Tenancies

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest ("EOI") are invited for the Lease of Cato Square Northern Tenancies for an Initial Contract Term of up to ten (10) years for Tenancy 1 and seven (7) years for Tenancy 2.

Cato Square is the City of Stonnington's $60+ million transformation of the old Cato Street car park, just off Chapel Street, nestled between Commercial Road and Greville Street in Prahran. When complete, the project will deliver around 10,000 square metres of multi-functional urban parkland sitting above 500 underground car parking spaces. The Cato Square Precinct is destined to become a new central point that functions as a meeting place for the area and evolves as a hub of activity for socialisation, food, drinks and events for the community.

Council is now seeking Expressions of Interest from professional and highly capable food and beverage operators for the first wave of retail leasing opportunities for the northern end of the Cato Square Precinct.
