Tender Description
The Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) is intending to release a Request for Tender to renew its claims-related Legal Services Panel in February 2019. The new panel is expected to start on 1 July 2019.
Legal services are required by VMIA to support its advisory and disputation support needs in relation to, but not limited to, medical indemnity, public and products liability, professional indemnity, directors’ and officers’ liability, cyber, construction, contract works, property, personal accident, motor vehicle, travel, marine and aviation, pre-1985 workers compensation and asbestos, domestic builders insurance and coronial inquiries.
