The Communications and Contact Centre section requires assistance from an experienced user-research practitioner (or firm) to conduct user engagement and research. Specifically the following outcomes are required to be delivered:
* Deliver a user-research plan and blueprint.
* Coach and mentor the Internal Communication team in user-research methods and employee engagement design practices.
* Develop an Employee engagement framework, onboarding pack, facilitation materials and engagement model visualisation.
