Request for Quote (RFQ) 11-18/19 Engagement of Consultants for Preparation of Detailed Application SSWP182 for Tenterfield Water Treatment Plant Replacement
Tenterfield Shire Council (TSC) has identified the need for the replacement upgrade of the Tenterfield Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to address risks related to asset condition, capacity, workplace health and safety, and treatment performance.
The Shire lodged an EOI Stage 1 under the Safe & Secure Water Program (SSWP) for the Tenterfield WTP Replacement on 01 December 2018. The Department of Industry Office of Water's advice 21 December 2018, confirmed the SSWP Technical Review Panel (TRP) on the 13 December 2018 considered the Tenterfield WTP Replacement Project was deemed eligible to proceed to the next stage of the assessment process for the submission of 'a detailed application for design and construction co-funding'.
Effect the specific intellectual work as outlined in the Project Objectives are required from the Consultant, to undertake the Detailed Application SSWP182 for the Tenterfield WTP Replacement, including Section60 LGA compliance approvals; and Provide a compliance checklist for the Application Submission to DoI Water's SSWP Program and NSW legislative regime.
