Expressions of Interest for the Provision of Interior Cleaning Services of the Innisfail Multi Service Hub. Community Support Centre Innisfail Incorporated is a community based Not for Profit support organisation established in 1975 and is housed in the Innisfail Multi-Service Hub at 13-17 Donald Street Innisfail.
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced, reliable and reputable contractors for the interior cleaning & presentation of the Multi-Service Hub at the above mentioned address.
The Successful contractor shall be required to: Provide cost effective programmed cleaning services to the interior of the Multi Service Hub including toilets, kitchens and all office areas. Provide a consistently high standard of cleaning in a presentable manner.
Provide additional on-call cleaning as provided. Report any problem within the area of responsibility that requires maintenance attention. For further information on the description of services required and submission of criteria Please contact Joanne Crook on 40438400 or admin@csci.org.au.
