New leraning center with amenities connected to Stage 1 and 2 facilities with minor demolition, learning areas, multi-purpose hall, minor works to carpark and landscaping.
Registered Builders are invited to:
* Submit an EOI for construction of the above project. Tender likely to be held in late March 2019.
* Must be capable of delivering work up to $4M
* EOI required to include evidence of financial and managerial resources, previous similar projects and performance, referees, QA, IR and OH&S.
