Hancock Victorian Plantations Pty Limited (HVP) is seeking request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of softwood harvesting and haulage services in its South West, Ballarat and Colac Districts in Western Victoria.

Up to -670,000 tonnes per annum of harvesting, and -505,000 tonnes per annum of haulage for up to 5 years is on offer commencing 1 July 219 and 1 Janua 2020.

The work involves all thinning types (first, second and third) and final felling of Pinus radiata and other softwood species on flat, steep and very steep slope classes.

HVP reserves the right not to allocate all of the volume depending on market demand. Non-conforming proposal are welcome.

Lodgement of proposals close 5:00pm on 15 February 2019.
