Fabrication of Rotable Spare Bucket Wheel for Yandi Reclaimer YRC01

⁠⁠⁠Scope of Delivery:
The bucket wheel and associated components on the Yandi Reclaimer YRC01 requires replacement for the purpose of maintenance. The replacement components are to be standardised to match the current design drawing utilised on the Parker Point reclaimers.

RTIO is seeking expressions of interest for the delivery of the following, fully assembled maintenance goods:
1 Bucket wheel steel structure
1 Ring chute and bracket
1 Bucket wheel shaft

Delivery Date requested (ex. warehouse): 20 weeks from Contract Award

The Supplier is responsible for supply and assembly of all Goods as outlined within this Expression of Interest. There is one (1) complete bucket wheel assembly required as part of this supply being for the maintenance and ongoing operation of the reclaimer YRC01 at Yandi Site Operations. This includes, but is not limited to;
a. Preparation of shop fabrication drawings based on the IFT drawing package. All shop fabrication drawings created must be handed over to the Company in both PDF and Native file formats and become the property of the Company.
b. Supply and fabrication of the following components as per IFT drawings and standards:
i. One (1) complete bucket wheel structure as detailed on drawing P-003-34472.
ii. One (1) bucket wheel ring chutes and brackets as detailed on drawing P-003-34476.
iii. One (1) bucket wheel shaft as detailed on drawing P-003-20203.
