Tender Description
Strathfield Council invites tenders for suppliers to be appointed to council’s Construction and Landscape Materials Panel. Council requires appropriately qualified and experienced suppliers to supply and deliver construction and landscape materials.
Successful suppliers will form Council’s Construction and Landscape Materials panel for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend for an additional one (1) year.
A detailed description of the requirements (including the list of the construction and landscape materials that Council requires) can be found in Council’s Request for tender document.
Obtaining Documentation: Tender documents will be available from 8 January 2019 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink.
Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged electronically via tenderlink (preferred method): by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.
Note: Tenders submitted by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 2.00 pm on 8 February 2019. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenders from the tender process.
