Tender Description
As part of the Launceston City Heart Project, the City of Launceston will trial of a food van in the recently refurbished Brisbane Street Mall on Sundays between 11am and 4pm and Monday to Thursday between 11am and 7pm during the month of February 2019.
The trial offers an opportunity to encourage locals to engage with the refurbished Brisbane Street Mall furniture and seating, with take-away food providing the perfect nexus for locals to spend time in the space eating and socialising and aims to Activate and encourage visitation into the space Assess viability and community support for a permanent mobile food vendor in the space
Please note:
Multiple vendors on a rotational basis will be considered as part of the trial.
As there is an existing coffee provider established in the Brisbane Street Mall, only alternate beverages to coffee will be permitted.
