Tender Description
CSV is seeking responses for the provision and installation of digital transcription and recording software in 31 courtrooms for a duration of three years.
The scope of this Invitation includes:
Provision of a commercial off the shelf software package/licenses;
* Installation of application systems including interfacing with audio-visual (AV) systems (AV systems will be provided by others - refer 1.2.3);
* Commissioning of systems;
* Documentation and training; and
* Ongoing support and software assurance.
