This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
A Senior Business Analyst is required to join the Observation Network stream in the ROBUST program, working with a small delivery team of BAs, Project Managers, Architects and Coordinators. This role will deliver and manage requirements primarily for the Automated Weather Station Upgrade project.
The position will report into the ROBUST Business Analysis Lead, with a dual reporting line into the Observation Network delivery team.
The successful candidate will have experience in eliciting information across a diverse group of both technical and non-technical stakeholders, have an ability to grasp new concepts quickly, be able to distil complex information and document requirements, both functional and non-functional to support procurement and upgrade activities.
Further the successful candidate will have prior project experience in the upgrade and/or deployment of remote sensors/measurement equipment.
