Expression Of Interest Form – Catering Suppliers

⁠⁠⁠Thank you for your interest in being included on the Moree Plains Shire Council’s Catering Suppliers list for the 2019 Council and Committee Meetings. Please note the following and, if you’re able to meet the requirements, please sign the following form and return to council@mpsc.nsw.gov.au. Submissions must be completed by 31 January 2019.

* Catering is to be provided for approximately 20 people per meeting (changes in numbers does occur)
* Generally, there are two Ordinary Council Meeting’s and three Council Committee Meeting’s per month, excluding December and January (approximately 50 meetings) – Council will determine how many of these meetings you will be requested to cater
* There will generally be the need for afternoon tea and an early dinner option
* The ability to drop off catering and pick up platters is considered a priority
* You will be expected to provide a variety of catering options – for example a mixture of cold and hot options
* You will need to be able to accommodate for special dietary needs if requested
* In addition to the standard meetings, Council may request additional meetings be catered. These may fall on different days or be additional commitments on the standard meeting days. You have the right to decline this request
* Catering provided will be considered on a value for money basis. Being added to the Catering Suppliers list does not guarantee use of your services
* By submitting this EOI, you understand that you will not be the exclusive provider of catering services but are indicating your willingness to provide this service as and when requested.
