To provide all design and engineering works for 60 residential housing refurbishments in Tom Price and Paraburdoo.
This includes:
* site visit to each house for familiarisation and site measure if needed
* all necessary drawings, specifications and documentation to allow for tender and council approvals
* CDC documents
* Updating all documentation on Rio Tinto document management system
