Corowa Local Environment Plan 2012
Urana Local Environment Plan 2011
With the amalgamation of Corowa and Urana Shire Councils, it is important that a single Local Environment Plan be developed that meets the needs of the entire Federation Council Local Government Area.
The development of a cohesive Local Environment Plan (LEP), underlying Strategies and Studies is vital for the future of Federation Council. The LEP will need to comply with the Standard Instrument (LEP) as required by the EPA Act. There is a requirement to undertake studies and review existing information to ascertain the demand for pastoral, industrial and residential land.
