⁠⁠⁠The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking submissions from Community Service Organisations to provide Therapeutic Residential Care placements across two houses for highly vulnerable children and young people who display significant behavioural and challenging characteristics in the inner and outer Eastern Melbourne area.
