EOI 810/18 Council is investigating solutions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision to live-stream Council meetings and upgrade the current audio/visual equipment. This will include upgrading the lighting and control panel, including a service and maintenance agreement for Sutherland Shire Council Chambers and associated meeting rooms at level 2, 4-20 Eton ST Sutherland, NSW, 2232 .

By performing the upgrade, council will provide a valuable service to ratepayers and residents.

Replacement and upgrading of existing equipment is necessary to improve the quality of the audio and video.

In order to provide professional and reliable video streaming and archive services, dedicated conferencing is required.

This requirement has come to the forefront due to the age of our current Audio Visual / networking equipment and the imminent change in legislative requirements to include webcasting.
