The project comprises the installation of audio visual systems across 15 floors of tenancy space at 8 Nicholson Street. The project will be constructed in stages with stages completion on a floor by floor basis.

In general, terms the systems to be installed are: * Video conferencing * Integrated smart technology video /  whiteboards * Room booking * Audio – sound reinforcement and assisted hearing
