MFB is seeking responses to this tender for the Provision of Fire Safety Database Solution, Support and Maintenance.
Design and implement a solution which provides a simple Case Management / Workflow system able to:
* Manage cases through the MFB Fire Safety Notification and Enforcement processes.
* Generate and store case related documents based upon pre-defined, customisable templates.
* Store case related documents submitted by other parties.
* Correlate over time cases associated with the same location.
* Allow for the search and retrieval of information across both the case data (database) and stored documents.
* Allow for the statistical analysis of data and reporting of results in tabular, graphical and geospatial formats.
The new solution will be integrated with portable inspection capability and ensure interoperability with other MFB IT systems and processes. The system will be potentially utilised by all functions of the Fire Safety Department with a view for expansion across the MFB. MFB are aware that there may be multiple products that meet the functional and non-functional requirements and as a result MFB are unable to stipulate full details of the services required.
