Tender Description
The objective of this Request for Tender is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) for the redevelopment of 30 (lot 415) St Johns Wood Boulevard, Mt Claremont - Public Open Space, which includes but is no limited to:
* Tidying of the site and temporary fencing.
* Earthworks.
* Supply and installation of limestone brick wall.
* Supply and Installation of Park Furniture and access gate.
* Supply and install a new automatic irrigation system.
* Supply and install of turf and planting with soil preparation.
* Maintenance of the works for a twelve-week establishment period.
A full description of the works can be found in the Scope of Work, Specification and Drawings included in the RFT document and attached as appendices.
