Lord Mayor's Charitable Trust - Facility for Victims of Domestic Violence

⁠⁠⁠Expression of Interest Lord Mayor's Charitable Trust (Facility for Victims of Domestic Violence) Brisbane 4000 The Lord Mayor's Charitable Trust's (the Trust) is seeking expressions of interest from organisations or consortia for one-off funding of a project or program that provides a direct service to assist people escaping domestic violence situations.

It is the Trust's preference to see funds going towards innovative projects such as the development of accommodation for people who are escaping domestic violence and their families. The Trust is looking to provide a one off grant of up to $650,000 toward the successful project. It is a requirement that the organisation or consortia receiving the grant must provide at least a dollar for dollar contribution through cash and/or land.

Applicants must be in Brisbane and the project must be located within Brisbane City Council local government area with the organisation receiving the funding able to prove Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) Status as endorsed by the Australian Tax Office.
