The contract provides for construction of an extension to the Barry Simon Reserve Pavilion, 10 Gleneagles Drive ENDEAVOUR HILLS VIC 3802 (Melway 91 F2). Contract includes construction of new addition (213m ), and renovation to part existing building. Building construction consists of timber frame and structural steel on suspended slab construction, masonry & light weight cladding with metal deck roofing.
