Expressions of Interest - Contract Cleaner Blackall

⁠⁠⁠Applications are invited from contractors for the cleaning of Council owned public facilities in Blackall.

Cleaning of Council owned venues as required. Annual spring cleaning of venues and providing relief cleaning when the permanent cleaner is on leave.

The successful contractor shall be required to:

* Clean to Council specifications;
* Replace Council supplied consumables i.e. soap, hand towels, toilet paper as required;
* Report maintenance problems to the Neighbourhood Centre Coordinator;
* Provide additional on-call cleaning as required;
* Undertake work health and safety induction;
* Hold a current ABN; and
* Have public liability insurance or willing to obtain.

Remuneration will be on a weekly basis on presentation of invoice.
