Tender Description
On behalf of a number of regional public health services in south west Victoria, this engagement seeks a supply chain and logistics consultancy to undertake a review of the regional central supply model which is underpinned by a central warehouse in Warrnambool, Victoria.
Following four years of operation, through the engagement of the consultant, stakeholders are seeking feedback on the current effectiveness of the central supply model, ways to improve the model and key metrics that help to quantify the return on investment achieved through both the existing and proposed future arrangements.
