The Strategic Policy and Data Analytics Branch in the Research and Economic Group requires the services of Business Analysts to meet the needs of the Department and our business area’s clients.
There is a need for this particular skill set in the ongoing developments across multiple work streams with work ramping up early next calendar year.
You may be working with the department IT team, business stakeholders and developers.
The business analysts may:
Be required to conduct investigations, undertake specialist or technical research and analysis activities, or provide professional advice within an area of specialisation based on systems knowledge, policy and legislation.
They may:
* Document the process of developing reports, including sources of data, how often and when they are updated
* Develop and provide advice on options for creating the reports efficiently and effectively moving forward, including rapidly adjusting to changed requirements.
