Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for regular cleaning services to Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre, Cultural Services Administration Building, Tank 3, Tank 4, Tank 5, Toilet Block, Pump House, Site and Grounds, Cleaning Stores, House No. 5 Collins Avenue and Munro Martin Parklands.
Tenderers will be required during the tender period to attend a mandatory Site Inspection commencing at the Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre, Collins Avenue, Edge Hill, followed by the Munro Martin Parklands, Florence Street, Cairns on Friday 7 December 2018 at 10.00 am or Monday 17 December 2018 at 10.00 am AEST where any clarification of the extent and type of the works can be obtained.
Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close three days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.
Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to TenderLink, using the response forms within the tender documentation.

Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4.30 pm, Tuesday 8 January 2019. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders will not be accepted.
