Quantity Surveyor for the Berwick Stage 1C Phase A Project to Federation University

⁠⁠⁠Federation University Australia (FedUni) assumes full control of the Berwick campus in 2018 (see enclosed campus map) and is undertaking a progressive approach over the next few years, to modify the campus to enable it to roll out and deliver its desired teaching program. To facilitate this, the University is seeking to appoint a professional and experienced Quantity Surveyor to undertake cost control and analysis of the project through all phases of the planned Stage 1C Phase A modification works.

A fully developed consultant’s brief (refer to RFT – Reference Number: RFT 2018-16 for the provision of Quantity Surveyor for the Stage 1C Phase A at Berwick Campus) outlining the scope of works required is enclosed.

FedUni is inviting responses to this RFT from suitably qualified service providers and will be assessing each organisations capability to provide demonstrable capability to deliver a customer focused, on-budget project. The information from the RFT responses will assist the University in evaluating the services provided and in deciding on an approved supplier.

The conditions of engagement shall be in accordance with VPS Consultancy Agreement (Short Form) Quantity Surveyor
