South East Water is one of Melbourne’s three state-owned metropolitan water retailers. We provide water, sewerage, trade waste and recycled water services for residents and businesses in Melbourne’s south east, located in the state of Victoria, Australia.

South East Water reads water meters every business day, at their physical location, according to a quarterly district meter reading schedule. After reading the meters and receiving the data, we then bill our customers. The meters are located within our geographical area of service. This task is critical to operations and requires the work to be undertaken in a safe, responsible and respectful manner.

The objective of this Expression of Interest (Invitation) is for South East Water to gain a better understanding of the market capabilities and capacity in delivering the required services outlined in the EOI.

South East Water will only consider Suppliers who can currently deliver both Meter Reading Services and Meter Field Services.
