Ku-ring-gai Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for appointment to the roles of Independent Chairperson and Independent Member on the Audit Risk and Improvement Committee. These are paid positions.
The Audit Risk and Improvement Committee meets five times a year and is responsible for providing independent assurance and assistance to Council on financial reporting, risk management, internal controls, governance, internal and external audit and accounting responsibilities.
