This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department has a requirement for desktop session end user experience monitoring including thin clients (Citrix/VMware Standard and Private VDI), thick clients, and laptops, leveraging from the IT Branch’s existing investment in the Splunk monitoring platform.
The successful resource will work closely with the Department's Platform Services Section.
The Department has a requirement for desktop session end user experience monitoring including thin clients (Citrix/VMware Standard and Private VDI), thick clients, and laptops, leveraging from the IT Branch’s existing investment in the Splunk monitoring platform.
The required services will also include creation of dashboards and daily operations reports on desktop and application performance, and daily operations reports to capture virtual desktop infrastructure performance metrics including storage capacity, utilisation, available CPU/RAM, and network capacity.
The Department seeks a suitably qualified and experienced resource to perform these services.
