The AAT is seeking ongoing support and development services of a custom JSP/SQL case management SQL database and workflow system built on Case360.
The AAT is seeking a service provider to deliver ongoing support and development services for a case management database and workflow system (CaseMate). The successful seller is expected to provide:
* an on-site developer to provide support and ongoing development of the system, including any backfilling that may be required
* support to the AAT and the on-site developer in the form of technical advice, assistance with requirements specification, the development and implementation of changes, and reporting on work in progress and completed.
Reliable, ongoing support and development of a case management system used by over 600 AAT personnel as a primary business application.
