Bayside City Council is seeking quotes from experienced Civil Construction/Steel Fabrication Contractors or similar organisations that have been involved in handrail construction works to undertake following works at Black Rock and Sandringham Foreshore Precincts.

* Removal of existing hand railing.
* Installation of new steel hand railing.
* All other works specified in the design drawings.
