Tender Description
Bayside City Council is proposing to undertake streetscape reconstruction works at the Beaumaris Concourse (Off reserve Road, Beaumaris).
The project includes all roads within the Concourse including the North Concourse, South Concourse, East Concourse the Central Carpark area and the Concourse Green area adjacent to Reserve Road.
The project involves removal of the existing footpath materials and reconstruction with a mixture of asphalt pavement and concrete pavement in different areas. New street furniture, trees and a pathway along the Concourse Green are also included along with some carpark reconstruction.

Due to the tender closing just prior to Christmas, tenderers are to confirm they are available to answer questions or attend a tender interview between 14 January and 23 January 2019.
