Transformation & Organisational Development Panel

The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, (‘the Client’) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for Transformation & Organisational Development Panel (‘the Services’).

The Client anticipates establishing a small panel of Consultants for the provision of the Services.

Consultants must be able to demonstrate the following:
* proven experience in the design and facilitation of capability development programs focusing on the core areas as outlined in the brief;
* proven experience in action learning and adult learning principles with the ability to bring new ideas; and
* experience with organisations who have undertaken transformational change (such as a transition to new ways of working, flexible working, behaviour change and organisation wide culture change) is preferred.

Consultants must:
* be flexible in their approach;
* be prepared to provide a customized program and potentially work with other Consultants and the Client in the delivery of programs;
* be prepared to provide program measurement and evaluation methods in collaboration with the relevant internal (YRC) program representative; and
* have extensive experience in the area for which they are responding.

This is a schedule of rates contract, however, applicants are required to develop a cost breakdown that demonstrates the professional fees and any associated costs.

A Deed Agreement is the applicable form of contract which means that the Client does not guarantee the volume of work available under this contract.

The contract term is three (3) years. The Client also has the solo option to terminate for convenience at any time with three (3) months written notice. The Client may terminate some contracts whilst maintaining others for any part of the contract.

This contract will be extended to the end of any project which is not completed by this contract’s expiration date.

The Client anticipates awarding this contract as soon as possible following tender close.
