This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Following the 2018 launch of Enterprise and branch Workforce Plans, procurement of Business Intelligence Analysts will support building, testing business analytics in Tableau technology to support AUSTRAC's Strategic Workforce Planning implementation/initiatives, to deliver benefits in predictive workforce and organisational resourcing, budgeting and align to workforce planning and decision making.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will work with the following AUSTRAC business areas:
* Human Resources
* Finance
* Information Technology Services
The Business Intelligence Analyst will perform the following:
* Plan, manage, support the delivery of operational services of AUSTRAC's workforce strategies and capability
* Drive the development and implementation of best practice, processes and systems to support workforce intelligence initiatives and priorities
* Develop and implement workforce reporting and analysis to identify trends, issues and emerging risks across AUSTRAC's resource plan to drive and support leaders with decision making;
* Perform ad hoc reporting work as directed by the Workforce Intelligence team.
