Tender Description
City of Ballarat is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and companies for the purchase and removal of all infrastructure, with the site to be left in a clear condition, and the entire site to be levelled to an agreed level in keeping with the immediate area.
It is intended that this will involve a single commercial transaction by Council with the successful proponent, with an agreed timeline established for the completion of all works.
