The City of Vincent is seeking to upgrade the Mount Hawthorn Lesser Hall located at Braithwaite Park and is calling for tenders for a qualified and experienced licensed builder to refurbish the Hall. The successful tenderer will be responsible for obtaining all relevant building permits and approvals and will work with the City to ensure the project is delivered on time and consistent with the detailed design and specifications.

A mandatory site inspection will be held at 12:00pm (WST) on Thursday 29 November 2018. Tenderers wishing to submit a tender response will need to attend the mandatory site inspection and will need to email the Contact Person, Mr Jeremy Chalmers Jeremy.chalmers@vincent.wa.gov.au, to register their interest in attending.

Submissions close 2:00pm (WST) on Friday 14 December 2018.
