Tender Description
Council intends to enter into a contract for the purpose of Landscape Maintenance Services to be provided for all public parks, reserves , open space areas playgrounds and sports fields listed within the Tender documentation.
The term of the contract will be for a period of one (1) years. Subject to satisfactory performance and at the Council's discretion, the contract may be extended for an additional two (2) periods of one (1) years.
The Contract is based on a lump sum plus a schedule of rates for additional approved works.
A site briefing will be held on 30 November 2018 9:30 am at 99 Rose St Liverpool 2170.
