Scope of work
The Contractor will be required to provide 92 additional rooms to Jundunmunnah camp in Tom Price by decommissioning and transporting currently unused rooms from the Wildflower camp (23 transportable units). The works include, but are not limited to:
* Decommissioning and transportation of rooms from Wildflower to Jundunmunnah camp;
* Transportation of veranda, awnings and precast footings from Wildflower to Jundunmunnah camp;
* Earthworks and minor civil works (e.g. awnings, footpaths)
* Services installation (power, water, sewer, comms), fitout and commissioning to make rooms operational and meet minimum standards.
